Placing your order online is easy.
Click on the shopping cart to begin the ordering process. Then, during checkout, select "register", then click on the link to register a business located outside of the continental U.S. After we receive your order, an International representative will contact you to confirm your order, pricing, and provide you with a shipping quote.

From Canada. Minimum order amount is $300. Most inventory orders ship within 24 hours. Overnight service is available to specific areas if requested. No broker fees! We do the importing for you, erasing the border.

From the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. Minimum order amount is $300. Most inventory orders will ship within 2 business days. Door-to-door transportation service can be quoted when available, and will be provided upon request. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise quoted.

From other parts of the world. Minimum order amount is $300. All freight inside and outside of the U.S. is additional. Additional insurance is available. All goods are export packaged. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise quoted. We will acknowledge, quote, and confirm your fax, letter, or e-mail within 2 business days. Please furnish complete company name, address, contact person, and complete shipping instructions when communicating with us.

Help us help you! When placing an international order, please help us fill your order as correctly and as quickly as possible by:

  • Providing all the information necessary to process your order: catalog numbers, sizes, patterns, colors, and voltage requirements
  • Furnishing your company’s complete name, address, and the ordering contact person
  • Including your logo or camera-ready artwork if you are ordering imprinted merchandise
  • Sending a sample key if ordering key blanks, and including any special instructions
  • Advising us of special shipping, receiving, or delivery requirements
With all the right information, we can usually acknowledge, quote, and confirm your e-mail or fax order within 2 business days.

Substitutions. If a product color or size is not available, we'll do our best to work within your time limits to substitute an equal or superior product that's currently available. This way, we can avoid delaying an entire shipment for a single item, and you can receive your order on time. If you cannot accept substitutions, please let us know when placing your order.

Order acknowledgments. When you receive the order acknowledgment, check it carefully for updated information, like any item number and/or price changes.

A word about pricing. Our prices are F.O.B. (Freight On Board) point of origin. Catalog prices do not include inland freight charges to the consolidation point or city of exportation. All transportation costs inside and outside the United States are additional. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight) quotes are issued on request.
